Fantasy Surf

Fantasy World Resort was a 2 phased project.  KIC was contracted in the early construction phase of building a stand alone indoor surf pool (similar to the technology on projected surf waves for cruise ships) on the adjacent property of a large resort in Kissimmee, Florida.  Phase one: develop complete brand identity for the indoor surf facility, manage all advertising for 12 months, create all publicity and community awareness.

Phase One:  included developing the brand build out for the project, as well as interior design elements for the surf shop and indoor cafeteria.  These projects amounted to all interior signage and layout for food and beverage operations.  For the surf shop, KIC managed all vendor relationships and contracts with Billabong, SurfBums, Oakley, Free Dive, Town and Country Surfboards East, etc.

Phase Two:  Create brand unity for Fantasy Surf and all sub-products under their umbrella.  Create and design visual elements for the brand messaging in the marketplace thru distribution of collateral at Major hotel guest service , on-line graphic elements, sponsor packets, presentations and on-site displays.  Design and set-up potential sponsor list for execution, as well as bracketed sponsor levels and sponsor packets for distribution, discussion and coordination.  Coordinate local marketing efforts with bowling center managers for partnership with Next Level Entertainment for clinics and promotional events as designated.  Develop internal structure to existing organizational elements better facilitating execution of the brand mission goals and objectives with existing MDBO staff.

SeaRey Seaplanes

With nearly 30 years of proven history and more than 700 aircraft sold worldwide, the SeaRey has earned its place as the world’s most popular light sport amphibious aircraft. Certified by the FAA in the United States and the CAAC in China, it stands apart as the most capable amphibian in its class—thanks to its unique tailwheel design that allows effortless transitions from water to steep slopes, soft sand, and rocky shorelines.

Keene Ideas was contracted to a refreshed Brand image, Marketing Strategy & Message.  Develop visual advertising campaign(s), as well as establish their presence as a legitimate sea plane manufacturer in the FAA industry at Air Shows like Sun-N-Fun and Oshkosh.

The tagline “Explore No Limits” was developed to capture the spirit of freedom and adventure, with all collateral designed to reflect the look and feel of modern airborne explorers.

Santa is Real

The “Santa is Real” brand is devoted to promoting a 21st Century global Santa that unifies the American commercial Santa Claus with the age-old European gift-giver legends.  The client, KRS Media Group, creates entertainment that illuminates the Spirit of Christmas, for children ages 1-99. They excel by delivering motivational content and exceptionally crafted Christmas-themed experiences, in ways that have yet to be explored.

VIDEO PRODUCTION : Project goals centered around the development and production of a series of 25 three minute video segments for social media.  These segments were shot in Maitland, Florida in August using the Historic Wood Shed at the Maitland Historic Society campus.  Extreme shooting conditions are not visible in the final product, as the scenes look like a cool winter workshop surrounded by snow at the North Pole.  Actual temperatures while filming reached over 100 degrees in the small shed with 3-5 production crew on-site.  The video series won a Telly Award for content and production value.

WEBSITE : A website was created as an on-line "Advent Calendar" concept to allow families to click on the individual videos that were "unlocked" for that specific day going through the month of December, and leading up to Christimas.

FEATURE LENGTH FILM ;  A comprehensive investor booklet was produced for the purpose of soliciting capitol for a feature length film based on a screenplay derived from the novel "Kris, The Legend Begins".

Kings Bay Sub Base

Kings Bay Sub Base’s 17,000 sq. ft. youth center, known as “CRAB,” was in need of a complete redesign and rebranding. Our team reimagined the CRAB character with a fresh 2D/3D look for use across print materials, signage, and future possibilities such as a muppet-style mascot costume.

The interior transformation focused on creating an immersive undersea aquarium environment, featuring custom aquatic scenes and character designs adapted across multiple surfaces—window coverings, counter wraps, low-wall graphics, and canvas artworks.

All production and installation of the final designs were managed by Kings Bay MWR (Morale, Welfare & Recreation), utilizing their established vendor network and staff resources.

Kings Bay Sub Base
